He expressed that Bello and Vincent had been confined by the police before and that they would be accused of robbery on October 31 in an alternate court.

As indicated by the investigator, the principal litigant, Musa, conceded during a police examination that Vincent had welcomed them to Sani’s home to buy the iron bars.

The offense, he proceeded, disregarded the terms of Areas 97 and 317 of the Corrective Code.

The litigants were conceded bail in how much N200,000 each, alongside one guarantee in a similar sum, by the adjudicator, Muhammed Wakili.
